Longtime Administrative Assistant is relay coordinator for Tractor Relay Across Nebraska
Communication Studies' longtime Administrative Assistant,
Donelle Moormeier, is the relay coordinator for the Tractor Relay Across
Nebraska (TRAN). Riders on antique tractors drive across the length of the
state for ten days in June. This year, 25 tractors traveled across the state,
visiting many communities and highlighting agriculture. In celebration of
Nebraska’s 150th anniversary of statehood, Donelle organized a tractor
drive around the Nebraska State Capitol on June 10. 152 antique tractors were
driven around the capitol. Congrats to Donelle and the Nebraska Antique Farming
Association.

children from the campus of Yeditepe University in Instanbul, Turkey. Professors Braithwaite and Ayseli Usulata and their students
celebrated another successful semester teaching together.
